Data Processor: A natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on a contract or a legal obligation.
Data Breach: Unlawful processing or handling of personal data, including unauthorized access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental destruction or damage.

General principles
Data processing activities are based on voluntary consent or legal authorization. In the case of consent based processing, consent may be withdrawn at any time.
